I updated in the close social group already. All those ML will not be able to reply you if you message unless you are really close to them. Take note not to sent sensitive message in your msg to them...they need to report to police station regularly and they will detain to check their phone message at the same time.

Guys, for those who wish to know more. Please read up about defamation in Singapore. It is highly unlikely that the spa can prove defamation had taken place. It is also highly unlikely the police will release the person's full personal data to the spa. Without full personal data, how does the spa serve the lawyer letters to this customer? I think this story is bullshit.

The basic rule apply. Please be honest to our police should you ever be involved in a raid. No point flouting the law by lying to save a ML who is nobody to you.

If a spa owner wants to play punk with the police, it's easy to get MOM in to check on staff numbers. How are the ghost workers employed within the spa? Are these workers really employed? Those CPF accounts that is topped up monthly to maintain work permit headcount.

99.99% Spa owner uses relatives, old people or get many share holders to get head counts. If want to catch 99.99% Spa all closes. Checking and closing all these kills industries and reduce Gov pocket money. Anything you do in SG, as long as u pay Gov. All are legal.

SPF Raided all the Massage, TCM, Beauty Spa at Upper Boon Keng, Yu Kang TCM was asked to close down due to their TCM Physican is not in the shop they had an exemption license which the boss stupidly thought is the so-called "Cat 3" License. Damn stupid lor Exemption license does not allow to have curtain or room

Sure or not? There is one "clean" tcm jg ml that I tried there at YK and someone advertised for her quite a number of times keep emphasizing no hanky panky; this ml seems to be still pushing out her wechat moments working as per normal.
