you can try the luggage storage facility at Hong Kong Station, the last station where the Airport Express train will stop. you can ask any of the officers at the station for direction.

the $-changers in SIN here hv 2 diff rates for HKG$. i juz checked, its abt S$1 to HK$5.10 if u take the big notes. and if u choose HK$500 notes and smaller notes, will be S$1 to HK$5.05
