Half marathon: 1 hour 40 minutes. Full marathon: 3 hr 32 minutes. Are these timings considered fast for a lady? A ML posted her running time on social media. Quite surprised. Full service lady.

Bedding a lady from their running club.. that's like an item on a to-do list right?

That's a very good timing, my best timing for a half marathon was 1hr 55mins and full was 3hr 45mins, her pace was easily 4.30/km really amazing. Can I know where to find this ML need some tips from her on how and what training she does to get that timing.......

bro why your full marathon so much faster tha n your half?? usually people full marathon is 2.5x their half timing.

I think I better paced myself during full marathon didn't chong in the beginning and usually i will joined the event with my friends who have a good pacer to pace us.
