I experience this kind of thing also and settle with okt. In the end the FLs go eat and then come back late but okt arrange a discount when FL back and then the next booking got discount also. As always for myself I prepare backup in order not go home pcc.

OKT no auto give discount leh. I waited at least 30mins. Discount stable must ownself know how to give la. Paiseh to ask for discount even tho i very unhappy over this.
