Quality at Villa dropped alot. More customers than ceweks.

Balai View has a list of drivers (outsource) that they use if customers request for driver.

The hotel dun charge for the matching...... it's between you and the driver to negotiate depending on your itinerary.

Just back from Balai , MM Rate are at the range of RP 600K -1 M , For more Villa SYT age at 19 -23 price range at 800K - 1M .

Hotel Balai View Room Rate as follow ,

Junior Suite Room RP225K
Standard Room RP327K
Deluxe Room RP402K
Suite Room RP549K


Currently , wifi only cover at Deluxe & Suite room , and didn't provide the hotel driver.


As for H3 hotel rooms rate almost same with Hotel Gabion , But rooms is smaller than Gabion , and no hotel driver provided, but the advantage is having wifi at all rooms and the rooms just renovate quite new and clean.

Well here is wht I know for Balai View as for the room I find it not worth to stay while its better to stay at maxi.

and this is the pricing for the room which all room TV is 32" LCD screen fixed on the wall



Plz note tht junior standard & standard room do not have bathtub, fringe & no wifi

As I find it the room lighting is so dim & does not seem to be so grand which I have view junior standard, standard room & deluxe

Next they do not have driver provided so as for this pricing I dont find it worth to stay.

I guess balai view hotel following hotel karimun sop. But latter better beside jetty. But then old hotel!
