Qin Cai is a hokkien dialect term to mean exactly 随便 which in proper English is 'whatever goes'.

I know what is chin chye. Cause jasdude used the Chinese words 'qing cai' (correct hanyupinyin?) green vegetable in a thread, so I wondered if it has a double meaning, since cai means pretty girl also right. I'm not that dumb lor! I just miss out on double meanings sometimes
