I was at Tropical Spa last Friday evening with my buddy. Aliong was chatting with his friends the whole night and I think it was Aphin who patiently showed us around and explained to us the rates. I was most impressed, not only by his ability to speak in Mandarin, but also his customer service. I did not choose a FL that night, and went for a good massage.

Sunday afternoon, since we had nothing else planned, we went back to Tropical again. This time round, Aan, who is the manager came over and spoke to us. He can converse in English and again he patiently explained to us the rates, the different packages, the different rooms and recommended a few of the FLs. Again, I must praise Aan for his wonderful customer service, since I really appreciate his help. Aan passed me his card and told me to SMS him whenever I want to go down for a visit.

Most importantly is that my buddy and I both enjoyed our time. I will mostly likely frequent Tropical when I am in Jakarta.

I total agree, the one time I was there, The GRO was very helpful, and everything went without a hitch.

That is why bro RM ask you guys not to come to Jakarta because quite dangerous to go to that place if you are expecting for 100+ budget but end up being robbed or beaten.

Went to Delta massage in Kuningan, felt kana conned....

- when reached there first question is whether i came there before and i gladly said honestly nope

- terus receptionist said; oh mister no standard and medium type room only got the high end wan. if wan standard room has to wait 30 min !

- so no choice got high end wan kana RP600k per person for 1.5 hrs. Of course by oversea standard is reasonable.

Normal room cost abt RP260k only.....same type of massage. of course at 600k they give stone massage etc...

I was there some years back just to look see look see. Not so bad except the place is dirty filthy and sleazy. Definitely not for orang asing and not my taste.

Anyway I won't recommend anyone / foreigner or otherwise to venture there by themselves. The local chinese also shunned the place.

My tour guide pointed it out the me on the last trip, he often take his client to Tropical SPA and Emporivm SPA and said that these places give the best services for the buck.

Total cost (Full Service) IDR 300,000 plus Tip IDR 30,000-50,000 (Pls don't tip more than this as it will spoil market price...
