Actually it depends on what else you like on top of your main objective.

I like taking local transports to it last destinations.
Usually I'll find a market for local (Not the tourist market). Do a little walking...will find some spacial local fruits and foods... sometimes lucky enough..witness or been invited by local to participate in some special occasion.

Wanted to post photos of all this but worrying that it take up too much bandwidths and some brothers might complain that it is out of topics.

The worse things is...the HP hv been pick pocketed in btm.
No doubt there's a copy in my Google
photo account. But its quite painful to retrieve it.

I tipped him total of 250000. What he did is just sent me to choose girl at villa, check in hotel along the way find massage lady, go dinner and go ferry.

However, the distance from the hotel to ferry terminal is very near, the distance to massage and dinner is very near from hotel. All i can reach in 10 minutes walking. So next time if going, i just gonna get a local driver to send me to hotel give maybe 2 dollars tip nia. Then the rest i can settle myself. Of course, i do not intend to go villa again la. However, even if you go villa, you can just use google translator to tell the local driver to send u there and go hotel for 5 dollars more than enough. Actually google translator very good. With them u can talk to anyone there.

We got our driver thru cheong friend... a malay driver, pretty good service, attentive, response on time for our needs and whatapps new ceweks to us before our trip. Only disadvantage is he spoke only malay language...

I can't speak Malay so no choice must find someone who speaks English, Mandarin or dialect. Or I sure chiong solo without any driver.

Tere were many joints...cant really remember the numbers. But definitely more than present Villa in terms or joints. Still remember some of the joints tere like Lucky, SenSen, Top100. Monalisa, Selvi. That time my favourite joint was SenSen. Top10 also quite good...have Chinese ceweks.

Beside Phukang theres another joint called Paya Labu. It mirrored her sister joints over at Tg Batu and Tg Pinang whereby come nitefall the show began. One can karaoke, drink at the joint over at Paya Labu. U can go for ST (which is the norm tat time) or overnite booking. But distance quite far fm Paya Labu to lets say Maxi or Paradise. Not only ceweks from Phukang and Payalabu only. There were also a nightclub called "Golden Million" something like tat...really cant recalled exact name. There were ceweks in"fish tank" something like what u see at present Btm joint. Booking were cheap those days. Lets say year 2003 rate ex was 4500 - 5000 against S$1.00. Booking cewek was average RP150k - 180k. So u can go work it out and compare present day. So much cheaper those days. Hotel, food, ferry, tax....semua cheap. Those days sillyporeans were the most compared with the Msian counterparts. Every where at Balai i heard cheap cheap. But nowadays anyone say cheap and post over here, i am going to zap him!

Not so near but no far too la. I think only 10 minutes drive at most. In that kind of conidtions and speed say at most 5 km away lol. If u go once, you will know. No need driver le. Unless u really wanna go far far places.

Thanks for the interesting account of the early days, bro nightcrawllerr. Yea, I remember the ceweks only cost like $40 or $50 those days, much better than going to Geylang for short time then. Things were really cheap. Brings back the memories of the good ol' days.

Cheongsters can also talk to papi if the ceweks are not good and get sent back, they will replace with another cewek FOC. Now, it is no longer the case.
