Nothing personal. I agree with Lampard and totally disagree with Sandybottom .
She can ask for high price to start with, and if she agrees to a lower price, she should still give the service advertised.
If ever she should deviate from her advert, we can highlight this to our Bros here in SB, and she will loose business. Can she take the risk?
With an negative attitude like that, I doubt her service will be good anyway. My 2 cents worth after being a LB lover for more than 40 years
