I have already posted on 438, but will add more.

Hougang 438:
When you get there you will realise that it is a small coffee shop with lots of promoters. The singha girl, name Wang Mei told me that there were 9 of them.

The prettiest ones for me were the Dexter and Tiger Beer girls. Both are very fair and petite Syts. Face wise 8/10. I think the dexter one got a tattoo on her calf. Did not get a chance to talk to them, as they were busy.
A few of the other girls are not bad looking too.
The Singha girl got large eyes and an hourglass figure. She is quite friendly, Once when I went there early, she was doing the hair for another one of the girls.

So sorry that I can't describe the other 6 girls, every time that I am there, my eyes are glued to the Tiger And Dexter girl,

I can describe the singha girl as she sat and talked to me for quite some time. She looks about 6.5-7/10, look closely, really long eye lashes.
The girls there are mainly syt, age about 22 to 25 - my best guess.
When you do get there, don't forget to check out the zhi char helper, far left shop.

If you want to talk to the particular girl then you only need to drink her beer. You cannot drink all types of mixed beer. You get drunk easily.

Went to 682 today, the girls there are milfs or meaty except the singha girl.
She looks like a teenager and behaves like one.
Although she wears glasses, I still give her about a 6.5 to 7/10.
