Skin colour really only goes skin deep. Our genes for our skin colour have NOTHING to do with our hair colour, eye shape, athletic abilities, blood type, intelligence, good or evil. We cannot determine someone’s intelligence or interests just by looking at their skin colour.

From what I heard, it's a good idea to start a conversation with a French person with either French (if you know the language; en qui les vou) or your own ethnic tongue. It's a really bad idea if you used English as the Brits are historical oppressors of France at least thrice.

I suspect the French reluctance to speak English has more to do with the fact that they still see themselves as a great international power.

Its something a little out of sync with reality but at least French is spoken as a first and second language by many people around the world cuz of France's colonial legacy.

IMHO, many French people seem to think their language is the only one they need and that anyone who come to France MUST speak French.

While many countries, notably, China, have long overcome their reluctance to learn English out of necessity, but not the French, especially the "Parisians" are the most reluctant.

Nowadays, most French are well aware of the necessity and importance of learning English (to a certain extend – Mandarin). They will feel embarrassed if they can't answer to a foreigner. So if next time, any bros here enters a LV shop in Paris, and if the staff doesn’t speak a word of English – Please do not feel embarrass or inferior, it’s their fault for failing to create a customer service culture associate with their hefty price tag

not only darkskin. Prc also yellow skin also can tango with us. Skin color don't make a diff when tango. SG girls also tango with us. Go to a thai disco with SG performers.
