bro orangputih23, touts' prices cannot be accepted instantly.. i once had a tout at jln bukit bintang open with 240 for a korean FL staying at a small hotel. it was 3am and her looks weren't that great, so i kept refusing until we finally agreed on 150. as i can speak basic korean, managed to verify she was authentic.

note to others: no contact available. FL was there for only 3 nights, this happened weeks ago.

If staying at Concorde and go to Relaxa on 1st floor or walk behind Shangri-La to E2 (about 800m). Genesis at Menara HSBC is about 1km. Not much selection at Relaxa.

Genesis has Viet and PRC, E2 had mainly PRC and some locals but haven't been there for a while.

E2 the facilities seems slightly nicer with veggie massage, had a few locals a few years ago but I think now all PRC / ASEAN. Had good experience with a local CKT at E2 that time. Genesis had a local CKT which was not a looker but had excellent service. Both places now seem to be full of foreign mongers who just hang around the lounge area. Locals just come in and mirror and go home.

Been happy with the quality at both places.

maybe better to indicate you want the package at the reception? otherwise one would have thought it is understood?
