Depends sis...if u wear a translucent, transparent or see thru' dress, yes for sure any1 will be able to know whether u r wearing panties or not underneath... can see clearly...as for those tight, thin material type of body hugging dresses, if there's no vpl, it strongly suggests no underwear is worn inside...just my 2 cents worth of view....hope tat helps clarify....

So cute, you can always walk side by side with ur guy friends. But other public members will check you out as well, at least they don't know you but only can admire from a distance. For me I won't really know even if the girl go commando unless is stripped down.
Just be comfortable with yourself, love what you wear. There will always be wolf eyes here and there all the time, it just eye power..
