Last week, I visited an ML staying in recently TOP-ed high density (over 1000 units) condo in the North-East, with security guards. It turned out that two Viet ladies were placed there by an OKT. She asked me to tell a fictitious unit number when I visit and then she will pick me up from the carpark lot. I decided not to drive there. When I arrived, she picked me from a downstairs shop and brought me to her unit. After the deed, I told her she must try and move out immediately. The opposite unit in the narrow corridor has so many shoes and a pram outside. Unless the OKT know they are friendly occupiers, the Viet gals will get into trouble in a very short time.

This is only your second post in this forum. So I do not know if your numbers are indeed genuine. Anyway, this is a matter for OKTs and the MLs to resolve.

I could only imagine the owner is probably overseas and uncontactable. The renting out of the unit is left entirely to a middleman, who then rent out to scapegoat runner for 6 mths or longer. When ML is caught, another scapegoat runner takes the place and another ML occupies the unit. And the unit keeps on being rented out to MLs...
