Tried to book a room at Kovan81 on Sat, was asked to produce my partner IC for registration. Told the staff that I will be alone, but was reminded or kena warm that I cannot try anyone else into the room later. Was damm angry and upset, left the place n move to next door lor. So bro, better take note

Got one bro said they just take your "friend" or "partner" ID, see see only and then let go without taking down details. Anymore confirmation on this ?

Yup nothing wrong BUT now the counter staff request for the other partner details like passport or ic for transit (in this case the FL details, quite troublesome)

Kovan 81 got bad reputation for their 30 and unfriendly staff. I checked out 5 mins off the 2 hours transit need to pay extra $10 sometime back...

Yes, their system only register one customer details, not two. Those staff try to be funny.

i never booked a hotel before. was told by my fren that 1st time booking for 2 hrs is $30, subsequent is $20. but i got charged $49 instead o.O

then go fo another hotel near bencoolen aso take 2 person ic for record..

Only hate the lift there cannot go up to level 1, have to enter from main entrance...
