Is it safe to use penis pump?

yes it dose.. girth is hard though. half an inch dosent sound like much but if your only an inch and a half to start with that 30% gain!!! it makes all the difference

in case you dont know, bathmate also can be use as a vacuum air pump

Hydro pumps, or water based pumps, are generally much safer than air pumps.

I bought mine from a local adult shop located near Funan... totally legit. And yes, I physically walked into the shop and bought it

If you do a google search for adult shops in singapore, I am sure you can find one that sells the bathmate.

There are a number of Bathmate models out there, which one you get really depends on what your little brother's starting size is. Since I am not a pornstar, I went for the Hydromax X30.
