[Help?] I have pearly penile papules AND phimosis
So i just peeled my foreskin a few months ago for the first time and found out i have pearly penile papules.
It looks disgusting. Not to mention that i also have phimosis. i don't want circumcision so i have been trying to stretch it and now it can fit 2 index fingers. Are there any doctors in singapore that can remove pearly penile papules? and is phimosis treatable without surgery? How much will they cost? sigh, life really sucks for me. any bros with previous experience to share? |

Re: [Help?] I have pearly penile papules AND phimosis
Dude, go see a qualified urologist or men's health doctor. Phimosis *may* get slightly better with some steroid cream and stretching, but the effects are slight and non-permanent. A circumcision is the best and permanent way to treat it.
I had phimosis myself (I wasn't born with it, but somehow got it a couple of years ago). After wasting a few months and a few hundred dollars on consultation and steroid creams, the doc finally referred me to a urologist who did a laser circumcision on me. No pain at all, and the results are even better than before I had phimosis. I strongly advise you to get it professionally treated. I have no experience with papules, but I think the urologist will also be able to advice you. It's your dick, and it deserves the best. Quote:

Re: [Help?] I have pearly penile papules AND phimosis
Read somewhere that pearly penile papules are harmless and sometimes disappear by themselves. But if it is warts, National Skin Centre has medication to suppress them. Needs prescription from doctor there though. Understand liquid solution to apply called Podophyllin can be quite painful. My friend says ask for numb cream to put on the foreskin first , wait a while then apply Podophyllin.
