I think it depends on where u go, tthere are times where they count a single entrance fee but special is x2, more often than not its because u are a regular there and they have no biz... the MLs don't make much from entrance so they wouldn't mind just earning the extra...

There was a place I where I frequent so once I took 1.5 hours... but since biz was slow, the ML ask me whether her friend can help about 45mins into the massage... in the end I bargained to pay 1 hour entrance but extra x2 for 1.5hrs and 2 ML extra...

That said, still heavy on the wallet if this becomes a habit...

i saw a gif/short vid of some place pushing '4 hands massage'.

in the vid, the two MLs one hand each pressing the client, their other hand in the air high fiving each other. like eiffel tower

in this case, technically speaking '2 hands is not wrong'. lol
