The whole shoot very seldom go for hours, as on very strict budget.
A fluffer will cost maybe US $200/300 a day, cost already factored in.

The thing about porn actors/actresses is that they don't earn from much from the shoot, ladies maybe get $2k for whole movie, less for the actors.
What they aim to have is the exposure so they can go on to do merchandising and some other stuff

The ratio seems about right. I recall and interview done however it was many years back. They were comparing the earnings between male and female AV actors. Apparently males get earn more because it is so difficult to get a male actor to meet their requirements.
