I seriously think that's not true. China for example would definitely not sign one of these for face issues.

The anti vice conducts interviews with every girl before they commence work and every girl is allowed to terminate their contract whenever they want.

So how could these girls be trafficked when a government agency has the final say on their ability to work in legal houses?

Somtimes truth is stranger than fiction.... ask yourself why is it that only ladies from these 3 countries are interviewed but not those from other countries?

Because only the ladies from those countries that have MOUs with SG can apply and be called for interview..... no MOU no chance to even submit application to work in GL.

For more than 60 yrs PRC has dealt with prostitution by sending the prostitutes to rehabilition camps for 3 yrs hard labour..... including those arrested overseas and repatriated. But this method was not effective as these prostitudes will return to the trade upon release mainly due to no other means of income. Many went overseas to ply their trade and SG oso saw an upsurge in these PRCs prostitudes.... many of you will probably remember the flood of streetwalkers along our lorongs.
Things got so bad that the PRC gahmen even sent down a GongAn unit to assist our SPF. This GongAn unit was based at the Embassy in Tanglin road and dealt mainly with the streetwalkers arrested by SPF. Even then.... they could not stem the numbers of streetwalkers coming into SG. For every 1 of them deported..... another 2 will replace her.
In 1997 the PRC Public Security Minister himself came on an official visit to SG & accompanying him was 6 Police Chiefs from different provinces. The visit was 5 days and surprising they spent 2 of those days visiting the GL brothels to understand how the system works.
At that time only Thais & Malaysians were allowed to work in the brothels. The subject of letting those PRC streetwalkers to work in these brothels legally were broached and that set the chain of discussions between both Gahmens which took some years before the MOU was agreed upon.
I believe the first batch of PRCs into GL brothels arrived in 2007 or 2008..... and that opened the floodgates of the PRCs into GL and the beginning of the demise of the Malaysians.
Around that same period....miraculously those PRC streetwalkers oso disappeared from the lorongs.

Back home in PRC..... rehabilitation camps for prostitutes were scrapped and those arrested for prostitution were no longer incarcerated..... instead they are sent to learn a workskill for those that wished to help themselves get out of the trade.

Recently I talked about the possibility of huge influx of Indon WLs because the economy over there is so terrible now

Then a bro said that it won't happen because it's a Muslim country, so they won't agree to having their women being legal WLs in Singapore or something like that.

So I guess, there's some sort of agreements signed between the two countries first somehow before the WLs can be imported to our shores so to say from that particular country

Still hoping and waiting for legal WLs from Ukraine and Russia.

I don't think they were kicked out per se, just that the old unlimited contract for GL girls is no more. Now all new GL girls have to sign the new contract where they can only stay 2 years and cannot return to Singapore once they cut card. They also cannot leave Singapore during these 2 years. Which Malaysian girl will agree to that given Singapore is not an uncommon destination for Malaysians.

The old 1606 girls were on the old contract where they can suka suka go home to Malaysia and rest while on code red, then come back to work when they are ready. Already no more these kind of contract since the PRC girls kpkb when they first arrived and realized their contract different from the Malaysians.
