I don't know leh. I don't have that problem. But dark eye ring see dermatologist should be enough. Mine is really aesthetic clinic i.e fillers Botox n plastic surgery.

I know laser can help, Sk2 might help but if condition v bad then I doubt so la.

I does facial regularly but still does not help. Not SK2 fans. Used to use it when I was 23 to 25 haha my skin was damn amazing good.

But idk why I start breakout after that, stop all of it and using basic and organic stuff.

My eye bag and dark ring is horrible

Are u v fair? Fair people tend to get dark rings. Either that or your skin is v thin so pigmentation easily shows. I heard that doing fillers just under your eye lid (creates the puffy eye bags tat most Koreans gals have) helps conceal dark rings. Not sure how true. But can research la haha.

For eye bags , you have to put eye cream and massage the swell everynight before you sleep ...

If that still does not work , I need to see you in person .
