Went to macau myself to take a look this time around. Reviewing both my own experience and the deed.
Place isn't exactly great for foreigners tbh. Arrival at the airport, there's no place to rent a portable WiFi, so we had to get sim cards at the inner city later on. Macau here uses RMB, HKD, MOP. Which is slightly annoying as some places only accept mop. Some places have to conv mop to hkd before changing for casino chips etc.
Payment via cards at their macdonalds, convenience stores were no go as well except via some macau card. So my master/visa were practically useless，unless I topped up my youtrip card and withdrew cash from their ATM in HKD.

Now for those looking at places to have their girls, are usually at their saunas only aka spas in other countries. There are 2 popular ones there called Emperor Hotel which has its own sauna at lvl 2 and 3, And golden sauna which was nearby.
I went to try the golden sauna has I read old reviews lost online on some of the experiences last time. So gave it a shot.
Entrance fee to the place is at 550 hkd which is around 90sgd, allows u free reign inside for 12hours, which includes baths and saunas to use etc. Girls selection will be priced differently. They have japanese, Europeans, super models at around 2980hkd, which is 510sgd per hour. Or their numbered girls which are China etc for 2000hkd, 344sgd per hour. Discount of 200hkd for booking the 2nd hour consecutively.
Entering the sauna, placed belongings etc into the lockers and proceeded in. Upon first entry, there was already this pretty sexy China girl called yingying, number
