Understanding Vietnamese Life Partner

All advise are most welcome, i will not take it personal as all of you just sharing your thoughts, that's what is forum for.

1) if she cant repay the loan the landlord just need to reprocess back the land which i think will be good cause that will be a wake-up call for her brothers.

2) while she working here in SG, she staying with me so dont have to worry about food & lodging.

3) she is caring to take care of her family & never ask a single cents from me even her beloved grandmum passed away, she used the money earn in SG to build the tomb than repay the loan still never ask a single cents from me. So therefore i think she will be a family caring wife

1st ... Borrow 11k from Ah Long for farm ...

2nd ... Take Over from Land Lord of 20K ..

Actually..I know that because his "heart" keep giving him hope to look at things in a better way..and I gone through this myself.. its a horrible feel..

That's why I said ....

Sorry if you misunderstood, 1st the landlord actual selling price is 14k for the farm but for 1yr instalment got to repay them at 20K, so now balance outstanding is abt 11K, if the capital of 14K is not repay within yr they will reprocess the farm

so Landlord = Ah Lord and AH Long = Landlord

no need to bother how many k lah,just give her those k that she need lah, like that easier for u right?
