I did roughly mentioned some of our member like Jasdude Maninsinsha Reoxy Relaxguy Onlyhuman n some more

She did show some interest but cos she is not a member of SBF so afraid can't click to the ppl that turns up

Nevertheless will try again Tmr as we be going after 6pm something to do

Oopps did I said spoon or spool? Its Spoon lah. Honey is slightly acidic in pH, so it may react with metal. Certain kinds of monofloral honies are purported to have special antibacterial properties, by right metal spoon can accelerate the decomposition of honey through chelation of metal ions in spoon (not much of spoiling, just lost of useful antioxidant).

The enzymes in honey are most active at body temperature. Hot water will denature the enzymes.

And the way to take Manuka Honey is to take directly into your mouth and do not drink water for the next 10mins or so, to let the Manuka Honey slowly slip down yout throat, 3 times a day to cure sore throat, the higher active the Manuka Honey is has better effect.

Hope this little tips will help everyone when they are battling with Flu/Cough/Sore Throat

the metal in the spoon can remove the antioxidant in the honey... now metal spoons are made of stainless steel, so it's actually ok.

As for hot water... I think the enzymes are deactivated at higher temperature... so it doesnt really work in hot water...
