Yes, Chang Ping's main industry is the sex industry and worse, since manufacturing in in a definite decline in the whole of southern China, there is not much other industry that can supplant it. No idea when but things happens in China at super speed and I'd think 50 years is very optimistic as far as our "Hobby" is concerned.

The "industry" elsewhere in China have been "upgraded" quite radically and all it took was just some directive and a bit of action and Presto - it's done! Look at Zhuhai as an example - its practically a REAL garden city now - whilst it was still wild happenings just a year or two ago. Same thing with Sanya etc.

And what's speeding things up in Chang Ping is the very large number of agents now getting all sorts of foreign mongers coming over to Chang Ping; web sites such as this of course also exacerbate the situation.

Pretty soon the Chinese bloggers are gonna start about the evil foreigners coming over to Sin City to plunder their maidens and that will spell the end of this all as far as us foreigners are concerned. I hope I'm gonna be wrong...!!

I usually play in Seoul and Taiwan...BUT I just booked my tickets for CAN and will be in 常平东莞 in August....going solo and I can't wait. Until then, I'll be reading through these pages and pages of juicy info la From what I've read so far, the first thing I should do is to get an agent for a hotel and maybe other fun... I think I can find all the saunas and...KTV is a group activity...I only have so "little" money and can only play with so many girls at once hahaha. be careful on spending especially ktvs are concern.....very easy overspend....
apart from sauna...try those foot spas....n BBS chicks.

1) club18 , calfornia and mango all located at swan road ah? are they closed side by side located? basically are they like spore de boat quay , clark quay , shanghai dolly? got performance show a not and what type of show? strip show? mostly are visited by tourist ppl or local ppl there? is the drinks there expensive? most importantly any chance of getting any ladys there to hotel? Entrance fees have cover charge not?
