Just has been following the story, can consider as one of my highlights for my day.

[Starter]

I returned to class after that and much figured that Stephanie should meet up with Ah Kai during recess. I was not planning in telling the girl anything about this, until all has comes to light.

The day went pass as I spend my recess smoking and chatting with Keong, rotting in class after recess and you know time just passes.

It was the end of class, as usual I left voicemails for the girl to meet at J8. I went down via bus and waited at the station, Felicia came first, and this time round I remembered to tell her about the abolishment of the duty thingy. (took me long enough, well I was busy)

Felicia: Eh idiot, my one day per week promise still have hor.

Me: Hannah Hannah (yes)

Felicia: like that ok lor, Hee Hee.

Ann came later, and I was disappointed. She was alone, Jasmine did not come today. Ann stood looking at me, she had this slightly mischievous smile as she swayed her body hold her hands behind her.

Ann: Lawrence, what are you looking for?

I gave Ann a weak smile and held both Felicia's and Ann's hand and started walking asking them what they wanted to have for lunch.

Ann chuckled, and someone jump on my back. ( talk about unsightly behavior, but that is a convent girl)

Jasmine: why didn't you look for me!!!

I almost fell forward but I manage to stay standing up.

Me: willing to appear already ah?

Jasmine: I came because Ann wanted to come, I don't want her to go missing again.

I smiled and we went to mos burger to have our lunch.

The group was rowdy again, and it seem to that every thing away from me.
I was enjoying my blissful moment, when my pager beeped. The girls looked at me, and I smiled sheepishly at them.

Felicia: who page you huh?

It was an unfamiliar number, with a 99 behind.

Me: I think is Ah Kai.

Jasmine was munching on her fries and tapping my arm. She swallowed her food after taking a sip from her drinks.

Jasmine: Oh yah, he was outside our school just now.

I told them I had to return the call and went to the nearby pay phone.

I called the number and it really was Ah Kai.

Me: Hello?

Kai: Yang? ( I could hear Stephanie in the background)

Me: You page me for what faster say my phone card bo Lui ( low on value)

Kai: Yang, where are you. (Stephanie was screaming asking Kai to let go of her hand)

Me: J8 lor.

Kai: J8 where?

Me: I at mos burger.

Kai: ok, we come now, you wait there for me.

Before I could respond Ah Kai put down the phone, now I have to break the news to my girls and I don't know how they will react especially Jasmine.

Eh but stephanie's story quite disappointing leh. Not that im not sympathizing with her end of the story but just not what i was expecting. Maybe i was hoping she'd be some evil bitch and gets blackmailed by James. LOL.

I regretted telling Ah Kai about the matter, imagine the good time I will have with my girls all bubbly again. As I walk back to mos burger the only words in my mind was "chao CB", I tapped Jasmine on the shoulder when I reach the table giving he a awkward smile.

Me: Eh Jasmine, can we go outside to talk for a while.

Jasmine: why are you so polite? And why can't we talk here?

Felicia and Ann looked at me and nodded.

Me: Erm Ah Kai and Stephanie are coming over?

The girls were totally in sync with their answer: What?

Question starts raining upon me, at least not from Ann but Felicia and Jasmine were shooting me with question and I did not know who I should answer.

Me: Felicia you wait a while hor.

I whispered to Jasmine, it's has to do with the photos.

Jasmine's eyes widens and immediately acts normal.

Jasmine: I see, maybe we should that this outside.

Felicia wanted to follow us out, but Jasmine stopped her telling her she needs to talk to me in private.

We went out of mos burger and Felicia keep watch at us as we spoke.

Jasmine: what is this about?

Me: Erm in the photo Andy had, there were some that belong to Stephanie.

Jasmine: Wait, you told me you never looked at the photos.( jip bai siao liaoz)

Me: Just a bit......

Jasmine: we will talk about that later.

Me: Orh.

Jasmine: so what is this about.

I told another lie, I told Jasmine that I thought things were not right and I paged Stephanie, and I found out about her being blackmail before Jasmine. Along with what ever Stephanie told me yesterday.

Jasmine: And you believe her?

Me: it happen to you also what.

Jasmine gave me the whatever look again: you do what you want, I am not getting involved in this anymore.

Jasmine walked in and joined Felicia and Ann, I dropped my head and opened the door. I heard shouting and it was Stephanie and Ah Kai was dragging her, they were creating a scene and all the passerby were looking and as Ah Kai saw he shouted for me. Now everyone looked at my direction, it was damn embarrassing.

I went up and ask Ah Kai what was he doing.

Kai: She don't want to come lah.

Stephanie looked at me and gave me a awkward "hi" and I could see her arm all red I guess due to Ah Kai's pulling.

Kai: Yang, help me talk to her she don't let me go find that Andy.

Stephanie: it's not I don't let, he just want to go to his house like that.

I rolled my eyes: that is why you 2 are arguing?

Kai: brother I buay lun already, get his address and we go.

I figure Stephanie has told Ah Kai everything, and now it is time to plan out how to ensure Stephanie's free from Andy.

Me: Kai, cool down, you go you think he so nice ah, open door welcome you meh.

Stephanie nodded: Yang, say one is correct, you always so rash.

Me: yah lor, yesterday night on the phone I already tell you he will react like that. (This was deliberate to inform Stephanie to use a phone call as a cover for last night)

I told them to go into mos burger and they followed me.

Ah Kai came and nudge me: Eh what you talk with Stephanie last night, now she like very good with you.

Me: I also don't know.

As Ah Kai spoke to me, the unexpected happened.

Stephanie walked past us to Jasmine

Stephanie: Jasmine, I am Sorry.

Jasmine stood up and raised her arm......
