Chionging FLs is not a charity. Like any business, they are providing a service. Thats why in Western countries like the US and Canada, they're referred to as 'service providers'. But when some FLs fail to provide these services, perhaps some bros are reluctant to share their bad/average experiences under the impression that it will spoil/break the girls' ricebowls. Let's not mix any humanitarian impulses with this commercial space. They are here to work and provide a service. We are here to purchase a service. If they are not able to provide the services offered, then they obviously dont have what it takes to be in this industry. When a customer of a telco, restaurant or transport provider gets lousy service, should he/she hold back criticism for fear of spoiling the business?

Otherwise whats the point of this forum and thread? Is it not to share information with other chiongsters?
