I think it's just human nature that when a person is too familiar with you, there isn't that urgency to impress anymore. So they might cut corners on their service repertoire. Having said that, the reduced service standard is replaced by maybe more GFE.... so I guess we all need to know what we want.

No worries my Bro, to tell you the truth, just this afternoon in my office, I was thinking of what you said about me having bonked most if not all the WLs in PT.
