What we saw and many saw last nite was a team with self belief that Liverpool could win any game...this self belief coupled with the players willingness to play for the team was obvious...these self belief and team cooperation was absent past few season except the season the teams was second with 87 points....

these season if we scored 87 points...god knows where the team will be at the table...hehe...remember I predicted right from the season starts...85 points may win the league...

I hope BR could work something on our horrendous, sometimes comical defending. It's worrying how we could allow the lower teams like Hull, Villa, Fulham and Swansea to ship in 2, 3 goals past us. Thus far We are lucky to have an in-form midfield n strikeforce scoring at will n helping us win matches. But we might not be so lucky against the top teams, esp the 3 above us. Hopefully the return of Lucas soon will help resolve some of the defensive frailties.

I see that liverpool defended well against top teams but not against lower teams.
There are so much competition in defense yet they seems complacent.

Think victor valdes already had an agreement with one of the super rich club like manc, psg or monaco. His next destination is already fixed, jz that it had yet to be rubber stamped and signed.

while looking thru the latest BPL table standing, realized that out the top 4 manu is the one with the best goal diff of +12.
the goal diff of the top 4 r all over +20, chelsea at +28, arsenal at +25, manc at +42 & The Reds at +38.
Although The Reds is the current top scoring team, but the amount of goals they allow others to leak in is also alarming.
