Hand carry no problem as long as you don't open the bottle as liquid of more than 100ml are not allowed in. Even perfume you don't open it is okay to bring in.
The 12x24ml you can buy at Chinese medical hall at $54. When you buy a dozen, the uncle will smile at you, he knows where you want to bring.

Anyway as i am sending out my resumes via emails in hope to land a new job, me being an avid fan of books and documentaries, i was going through mr google for CDs and books on learning tieng viet and also on vietnam culture. At the same time , came across these books which i believe is banned due to sensitive details but i am really excited to get my hands on them.

check out the recommmendations from guardian , i want these books! any idea how to get them pls enlighten me!

I think no open also cannot. If u can bring in, then those carrying mineral water more than 100ml will be allowed.... If u buy from within airport after the customs, they will sealed it for u and ask u not to open until u reached another airport.
