Liverpool plays West Ham this weekend. There should be a plan to stop Noble, Nolan and especially Carroll. With his height and strength, Carroll is sure to cost Liverpool's defence serious problems. Prices are ex around SGD 700+ per ticket and dun noe if sold out. OC not keen for 1 week UK trip and must spend 2 weeks instead since in europe so drop the idea no budget. Will support in SG also same lol.

I went to Anfield once, not for live match but touring the stadium. The live match ticket was too expensive.

My friend whom used to study in uk say got package include lunch with legends like john barnes etc but not cheap bah. Not easy to buy tickets one as usually taken by season. Need to have lobang.

Didn't have lunch Just normal tour around the stadium, to the trophy room, player rest rooms, stepped on the grass and others....

I thought you know. I saw this on Liverpool's official website recently. http://www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/ticket-exchange This is quite silly. The touts will just offer a higher price than the official buy back price.

Was it the tour organised by the former Botak Liverpool ex-captain residing and working in Singapore? I heard from those who went on the trip that he promised many things but never able to deliver while at Anfield so quite disappointing trip for them. Paying SGD$4K for an 8-day trip and never get to watch any live match nor meet any of the Liverpool players or staff....... $$$ wasted.

I was there more than 10 yrs ago when they won the treble in 00/01 season. I can't remember how much was the live match ticket and taking 1 pound = 3SGD, ticket was definitely very expensive.

Nope a group of us, 3 couples went UK and Paris on free and easy. Traveling in UK was easy, either train or bus.... Each guy has his favorite team so we went stadium tour in White Hart Lane, Old Trafford, Anfield and finally Millennium Stadium. We wanted to visit Arsenal, Everton and Man City but cut short our stadiums tour as all gers dun like football and stadium

My gf knew that I am the supporter of Liverpool and she secretly bought me an away jersey at 40 pounds. I told her I could get it cheaper in SG but I did not blame her, just felt happy. Thinking of these, haizzzz those were the good old days...

Anyway just FYI how expensive it was in London taking exchange rates at that time, 3SGD=1pound.... A Mc meal was about 6 pounds, a can of coke was 1 pound, chicken rice was 5 pounds. As a couple, we spent about 5k SGD (on budget) on air ticket, accommodation, transport, meals and so on.
