Arsenal scored two rapid-fire goals in the second half to erase a two-goal, earning a 2-2 draw with a spirited Portsmouth side at Emirates Stadium.

With the match destined to go to half-time at 0-0, Pompey snatched momentum and the lead in the 45th minute when Noe Pamarot nodded home after David Thompson had struck the post.

Then, two minutes into the second half, Matt Taylor hit a wonderful strike that dipped beyond Jens Lehmann to put Arsenal up against it at 2-0 down.

Arsene Wenger then sent on Emmanuel Adebayor to give the Gunners a spark and it paid off in the 58th minute when the Togo striker blasted home from Theo Walcott's pinpoint cross to cut the deficit in half.

Shortly thereafter, Adebayor had his hand in it again when he crossed into the area for Walcott, and then teenager then slid the ball to skipper Gilberto for a cool finish to level the matters.

Robin van Persie and Gilberto both later had chances to give Arsenal a dramatic come-from-behind victory, but they would settle for the point

Yes a very exciting game ,too bad they cannot convert to a match winner. Credit got to go to portsmouth,they didi very well this season so far

Well, initiately I thought siao liao during first half when portsmouth scored 2 goals. Some more, Henry bo play. I was so relieve when I see the blitz recovery of the 2 goals.

Hi there Gunners supporters !!

The thread seems to be rather quiet lately.

What do you think are our chances against Liverpool in the FA Cup ? Arsenal seems to have a very poor AWAY record this season as compared to Liverpool's superb home record.

Hope Henry plays well against Pool.
