well i have decided to quit today.

a combination of the high price and the fact that i dont enjoy going to pubs anymore if i cant smoke has prompted this.

i think its going to be a painful few days but i guess it will be worth it.

I shared ur sentiments abt the high cost of entertainment in singapore but what can one do to replicate the thrills n spills of clubbing / pubbing??

sorry bro, think i wasnt clear enough.

When I mentioned high price I was talking about the price of cigarettes.

After a couple of weeks I hope to be fully cured from the nicotine addiction and will be heading back to the pubs - without having the need to go outside every 15 mins...

One pack of cigges cost u 10-12 bucks....One pine of beer cost u 13.50 bucks in SJPS.....Seems like u can save more money, at least explicitly, by cutting down on drinking rather than smoking......

yeah but i dont drink every day - its not an addiction......

cigarettes are an addiction for me. and they are a lot worse for you than an occasional drink.

Me and my Kakis converted to drinking at KOPITIAM, at home or hotel liao
at least prices are reasonable. Hotel has PRO and no need tp pay stupid LDs at 15bucks of plain water.

Now the best solution is to save up the cheonging cash reserve and spend it in BKK once a month....Spend the next 3 weeks drinking at home with the liquor/wine/beer that u bought at DFS....How does that sound??

I went Dynasty Classic on Friday my supplier smoke the waiter and mummy also never say anything de.... altho' they have a smoking room beside the toilet.

The ban is good.

Its a club along Clarke Quay.....When it first started out, there were pretty 'nurses' serving you potent 'medicine' LOL.....
