SUAREZ APOLOGY:After several days of being home with my family, I have had the opportunity to regain my calm and reflect about the reality of what occurred during the Italy-Uruguay match on 24 June 2014.

Independent from the fallout and the contradicting declarations that have surfaced during these past days, all of which have been without the intention of interfering with the good performance of my national team, the truth is that my colleague Giorgio Chiellini suffered the physical result of a bite in the collision he suffered with me. For this:

1. I deeply regret what occurred.
2. I apologize to Giorgio Chiellini and the entire football family.
3. I vow to the public that there will never again be another incident like this involving me.

In Montevideo, on 30th june 2014.

ha ha ha u wish...i doubt he wld be a flop at any club he goes to..he is different frm toress...just wish him good luck...amazing player only abit mental....he and the team gave us a memorable ride last season.it is best if he goes cos every season we ll have this problem..does he go or does he stay...just hope fsg stick to thier guns and dont let him go on the cheap..tell barca or any club...take or leave it...no player + cash....

So glad we got Lallana. He is a fantastic buy. As for Suarez, part of the decision to sell him might be influenced by our sponsors. Companies guard their brand name. Not many firms want to be linked to a guy who regularly bites people. I still hope Suarez stay for another season though.

Personally I feel happy with the signing of Lallana.

Did we overpay? I think it's very subjective.

He's already a proven performer in epl n only 26 years young.

We could hv signed a non Englishman who plays for a top European club for say a cheaper 10-15m but his untested quality would hv been a huge gamble. He could possibly end up on the subs bench or treatment room for lengthy periods like some of our misfits in the past.

Hopefully our hefty investment in Lallana will reap us handsome dividends!

If we sign all three players, we will have another excitingly scary season again. Score a lot, concede a lot too. I think we need more defenders besides just Lovren. At least another left back. Time for us to sell some deadwood too. Aspas should leave soon.

Pool is preparing big time for the Champions League where the money is! How else can FSG pay these players without CL all the way.

Will we ever see Suarez n Sanchez playing side by side? I hope so.

Hopefully, we will not be like Spurs.... Sold Bale, too much money, bought many players but cannot play as a team.
