Otherwise, dun be too disappointed. Just laugh it off abt ur bad exp and try to be smarter in ur next cheonging. Guess many of us also encounter problems and paid our fees along the way be it in Dome 1, joints on this island or overseas ones.

Thanks for sharing to raise awareness, there are times when okt oso forget and have double booking, and there are times okt purposely do it.
