HV spa does not have any telegram per se..... but the girls' agents have their own telegram groups that includes HV spa if their girls are sent there.
Alternatively.... you may ask the captains for their personal wechats/telegram chatgroup.
These are the captains own personal media so you have to ask them personally when you see them in HV.

I share one of the agent's telegram.... his girls go to different stables including HV spa.
