Thanks very much bro for this very detailed breakdown. It's really eye opening to imagine their earnings. Just curious:

- based on your calculations, means for most of these shops the shop pockets the entrance fee ($60/$88 etc) and ML pockets the "tips" which are the hj, bj, fj ($50/$80/$100)?
- if so this doesn't even include the extra tips customers give to the MLs for good service (which means they earn even more..)
- also what is the +$30 service that those MLs in the other profit-sharing model shop do?
