Been to BKK many times and last night was the first I went to a g-club.

Did my due research by reading online reviews, finally decided to go to big Apple since I stay in ratchadspisek and it was somewhere along my budget.

Expected Costs
Member 3 btl red label = 6000
Ladies DRINK = about 250baht / 45mins
Mixer to be charged separately
Last minute additions such as tax or service charge

Reached there at 12, left at 3.30am.

-Bought 2 LDs and 2 tequilas
-Rejected the fruits served to us which was supposedly 250b

Total expected bill was about 8k?

Actual bill came up to be 11k.

As it was my first time there, I made a point to stay perfectly sober and asked for the price of everything I could beforehand. Moment the bill arrived, I requested for the mamasan to come over.

Breakdown was explained as follows:-

LD = 320
The ladies drink that we ordered (which came flaming in a shot gls) was actually equivalent to 2 LD = 640.
LD is prorated into bill counting time the moment you step into club and introduced a girl. For my firend this was 2200b+, about 6LD equivalent.
Additional 1000b+ for staying past their official 3am closing time.

This is what I could understand from the minimal thai I spoke. Didn't appear aggressive at all and just made it clear that I am willing to pay as long as I knew what I was paying for. The mamasan offered to cancel our flaming LD since I didn't know any better.

On hindsight 11k baht wasn't an overly steep price to pay IF it is compared to services/quality in a sg td. Put the cost premium above expectations down more to language / modus operandi differences than scam / con.

Hope this helps for new bros that are looking to chiong.

Also would appreciate if veteran bros can give some pointers!

how to determine how many LDs u suppose to give ur gal?
example: u go at 12am n decide to leave at 3am.. so total LDs for each gal is abt 6 LDs.. dun forget each gal who sit with u will get a start up LDs of 3-5? hope u understand wat I mean.

do not let them hold the bill until end of the day, u will not be able to remember wat u have order.. tipping is up to u whether u wan to give or not.. nobody will force u..

Those green or a bit experience mongers coming to Bangkok, just be prepared to spend lots of money to sexify yourself. Bangkok sex entertainment is getting ridiculous expensive. Much more expensive than SG. It is because the whole world perceives cheap sex in Bangkok....

For regulars or those staying in Thailand, no way will we spend 200 SGD for these ladies.

Seems like the mamasan pro-rated the hours for you; first time hearing this happening. But if she charging you between ST and LT rates, does that mean you get 1.5 shots? I don't normally negotiate through the mummy, rather do it with the girl, so that you get the vibes whether she interested or not.

For Bro Jeremy, ST/LT of 3K/6K is overpriced for agogo bars. Standard tourist rates should be 2.5/5K these days. Once a while, the girls are willing to bargain down to 2/4K, if it's a really slow day. Maybe cos of Halloween, all the girls want to go party, so not in the mood of finding customers...I don't know. I've given up trying to understand thai bar girls. If they not interested, no point paying to make them interested. Definitely wouldn't get GFE this way.

When still a newbie, overpaying is quite standard. Take it as payment for experience. However, there are many other alternatives of getting cheaper ST/LT. It means exploring the less touristy places (but need to speak some thai), or lower your expectations of the type of girls you are looking for.

For me, I only go Thermae if I can't find a lady for boom boom at AGG bars. Usually I go Nana/Cowboy around 9pm hang around for around 2hours... if by 11pm I cant find a suitable lady I will only go Thermae. .

Just to share my past experience at Mandarin lah, I bar fine a girl 600/700baht couldn't remember. ST girl quoted me 2,500baht but I negotiated to 2,000baht. Room 300baht...but this is like in Aug this year. I don't know if price has hike

It is not my first time in BKK but, it definitely my first time going for agogo girls..
From the talks I hear around, friends and samsters, LT is about 3000 to 4000 thb.
Usually I just go to joints like Poseidon, Nataree and bonk and leave.. which cost me about this much, especially on Poseidon Model class floor.

The thing is , I been to few agogo bars as mentioned and all the girls are trying to rip me off, making me think it's a new rate or some shit, LT for 5k, 6k ... abit steep,... but 4 hours? This is too much.
Bacarra, Rainbow and few joints in Cowboy... all the same shit.. it was about 8pm and I hunted till 11pm

Of course, I pick the hot ones, probably they know they can get another round if they finish @ 12am.
