had a great time in batam but was a bit short thought ... only spent 2d 1 night ....
we had a local friend bring us around ... this guy has been staying there for more than ten years so he knows his stuff .... the first stop was at Delta Spa. He recommended the hot stone massage which we tried. We opted for 2 hours ... and did the sauna and pool thing ... had a few beers before proceeding to the massage ... the massage was really good ... sensuous and relaxing. This spa generally has good looking SYTs ... it's not a BJ and FJ place but it will end with a HJ which is super sensuous .... highly recommended ..... we spent some time drinking at harbor bay after that .... in the midst of it, a few girls came to us to sell cigarette ... they are hired by Marlboro and look quite good ... so I asked my friend to ask her to join us later at M1 KTV .... she gave her number to my friend .... we then proceeded to M1 .... the quality of the girl is not that great to be honest ... my local friend told me the quality has dropped ... he mentioned a few other ktvs which had better quality but we didn't want to move already .... so we picked a few girls and started drinking .... every one was getting high and having a good time ... to top if off, the girl selling marlboro cigarettes joined us ... and she brought along a friend as well ... both the girls are quite good looking ... 7/10 .... at around 2, m1 was closing and the girls wanted to continue partying at Pacific. So we booked another ktv room at pacific and continued partying. By then, we were all supremely high ... we finished at 7 and we went back to the hotel. I had my girl with me ... not bad looking with huge boobs and very gfe. And i ended the night with a first COF ... haha .... and the next day, we went to try a really really good seafood ... it's called Restoran Utama di Barelang ... it's actually at a kelong and you pick whatever seafood directly from the kelong ... super fresh and very nice .... all in all loads of fun ... please don't ask me for directions as most places my friend drove us ... but batam is a relatively small place so taking a cab won't be that long .... cheers, deadcalmer.

Wow.. Seems like you had a whale of a time with your friends. And you went to Barelang as well for seafood. Nice scenery when traveling on the bridges.
Is the restaurant on the right side of the road, when traveling out of Nagoya? I had visited a kelong restaurant (pun not intended) before but the girls who went along with us had food poisoning the following day. I was fine though. Anyway, nice report. Wish I had great fun too on my next visit.

yes i think it was on the right after the bridge .... no food poisoning ... my friends even ate the prawns 'alive' (as in they are still moving) with wasabe ... i couldn't take that though .... when are you going there next? weekdays is much more fun cause the place would be less crowded .... cheers.

Ah.. Seems like the same place I was at before. I was once served drunken prawn when in shanghai and I'll can't imagine myself eating it too. Had to get the waiter to boil cook it. LOL..
My girl (from 3 years back, yes, we still keep in contact despite my absence, great public relation service huh) will be coming back from Indramayu end next week so will take your advice and go in the Monday after next day.

Restoran Utama di Barelang is actually before the first bridge....another investment of the hotel utama boss.further down pass bridge no2 is gold fish...so so seafood but the enviro is very different from the norm kelong, coffeeshop style type.the three floating restaurant on the right(from tembesi direction)at bridge no4 is down to two now....while the one at the end of road is still around with its rustic and laid back setting.taste buds may differ but fresh seafood at barelang is undeniable
