Just came back from HCM, when to Minh Minh Tam.

The place pretty run down from outside but inside it's ok.

I opted for VIP room, but when i saw the bed, abit disappointed haha coz I know there won't be any bonking

Paid 550k for the room and 600k for the girls

2 hours massage + HJ

Inside got Jacuzzi, Sauna, TV, toilet. They got give some fruits

She will help u wash clean clean in the jaccuzi.



Overall good experience but will not visit again.

coz after conversion, is about 67 dollars..

seems all right for massage 2 hours + hj

she said too little, i keep on asking her how much, but she refuse to tell me..

finally she said normally same price as the room to 1mil

so i pay her 600k lo

if no hj don't even have to tips the girls if u thick skin enough..which my friend did before. 600k on high side liao. Norm is 300. Anyway I feel vip room not worth it since you already had sauna earlier on. Can save off 250k-300k. Meaning to say u can actually try two places for the money u paid. Or don't go sauna 800k to 1400k for short time fj.

Don't think about the conversion since u r paying them at their cost of living.
