They tell you the price (always highest they can expect to get) hoping someone will not dispute the price with them. I know a few Koreans on holiday with friends that will pay any price the gals tell them as many will not argue prices with gals if their buddies are around. All it takes is just one guy to say yes and they are set for the week so they have nothing to lose if some guys say no to them. Also be very careful what you order in KTVs as they charge you with fixed prices for almost everything once you set your ass down ( I once suspected they even charged me for a paper tissue to blow my nose with- ha). Prices add up quickly.

My best advice to all newbies is to stay away from KTVs in AC, it is NOT the best place in the world for this. Come here for the bars and you will get the best value. Of course as always--IMO
