In Thailand, once detected, they will just send u to isolation. In isolation, hopefully the person attending to u understand your english and get a doctor to see u. U have to convince the doctor with your official recovery memo, etc and if the doctor is satisfy with your explanation, will discharge u. If unfortunately, language problem, no doctor or doctor not happy with your face then suck thumb.
