The rest are pretty much common sense,as this rule not only applies to the island of Batam,but to nearly any and every 3rd countries too.

And lastly,i do not bear any ill intention to anyone in this post and my words in this post are meant solely for the purpose to clear any mis-communication from any misuse of words from my previous postings.
