My personal choice will be the rear car park for the folowing reasons:
1.Bigger and have more car parks
2.Not so busy to attract a lot of attention.
3.Not much action there, so we can gather and discus a bit before moving on.

But, ultimately, the choice is yours as you are the Organising Comittee

There are hell of a lot of LB lovers out here in Singapore, but the problem is that they are shy and dare not meet others of the same interest. Interfacing with each other gives us a better scope of contacts and FRs, and definately more fun.
