Found one massage parlor that offer Full Job at he center of Jakarta, Enzo Spa. Its located at Djakarta Theater Building, 1st Floor. Girl quality is quite good, and fee is around Rp. 800k for 90 minutes session.

Dont go in the evening, too many people specially in the pool and sauna room.

Price wise, it is high, with tips, easily above 800K. This one based on the time I was there. Quite sometime ago.

Probably too many middle person collecting commission in between the deal b4 its close, that's why it's over 2 million rp. The girl maybe only gotta half the said amt, if not less.

I guess you've never been to CJs. There is no middle man. You only deal with the girl. She keeps all of the money.

The FLs have always been average. It's not the girl's looks that determine if they are FL or not. It's how long they have been there and how clever they are. The ones who have been there a while are FL. You will never find a young new girl that is FL. The FL girls get more money per session, but they also don't get as big a salary from the place (the salary is small anyway, so the FL girls are the smarter girls because they end up making more money). Some of the ugliest girls never become FL because nobody will pay extra for them. But it's such a small money difference that I don't give a shit if they are FL or not.

I’ve always wondered about this FL system.

Here’s how I imagined it works:

Standard girls (SG) are recruited from kampongs on fixed contracts, so they tended to be younger, fresher and more naïve. They are paid a salary, have to follow a work schedule and live in a dorm. They have employee numbers, wear a uniform and sit in the fishbowl.

FLs tended to be older and more experienced. They didn’t get a salary but got a bigger slice of the session fee. They could make more money cause they could sell their looks, charm and personality. They had more freedom, could come and go when they wanted, could wear what they want, had no number and could sit outside the fishbowl. Customers would get one to take back to their table to accompany then while drinking.

I used to limit myself to SGs cause why pay more for the same hole?

But the first girl I ever got was an FL. She was uber hot, sitting outside the fishbowl opposite me and trying to catch my attention. So I felt like I had to take her so she wouldn’t feel bad.

Upstairs in the room, she kept saying something. All I could catch was the word “hotel.” Later I thought she wanted me to take her to my hotel.

But now I see many real young, plainer girls as FLs. And now they have numbers.
