althought technically all police officers carries the same power with reference to their rank, for example usually TP will only issue summons and not attend to robbery cases unless bo bian come across during their tour of duty. Likewise not every Police officer will arrest a SW especially when he is off duty. Likewiswe AV are specialist team.

Firstly, being a Police Officer is just another job. You not selling your life to them mah. The best policy is "Open one eye, close one eye"

Can go buy cheong DVD in JB but the catch is, just don't get caught lo. If get caught, then have to face the music lo. Worse if kanna fined more than 1 month's salary then kanna sacked lo.

Some Police Officers I know are p/time bookie and Ah Long also leh! Some of them even resign or after retire become full timer.
