Well have been using okamoto for quite some time already before changing. The situation I stated is a once in a blue moon. So far effing my babe for thousands of times, it only happen to me once and so does breakage of condoms.

I have had a condom slip off and left inside the vagina, but I can see the base of the condom dangling out. This was after I ejaculated and had already gone soft and small. (Condom instructions advise immediate withdrawal so that this does not happen.)

If the condom has slipped off and entirely fallen inside the vagina, then it is likely the condom was not worn correctly, fully rolled down to the base of the penis, and hence the whole thing slipped off into the vagina. It is unlikely that the vagina can grip so strongly that it can unroll the condom, or pull the rolled end of the condom, as you pull out until your penis becomes fully undressed.

I always choose to wear the standard 52mm which is a snug fit. (Read condom instructions to verify this.) Wearing a condom too big for your penis is not going to make you He-Man in bed.
