A PRC ML demands 50/hj.

A local Singaporean ML demands 150/hj.

So it's the label local Singaporean that demands 150/hj, not the ML, coz a local Singaporean is a class higher than the rest of the MLs.

But this is not the worst, the worst is if the ML is a PRC who uses the label local Singaporean to uplift her status so as to demand a much higher price.

As u hv acknowledged, 150/hj is too expensive even for a local Singaporean, let alone a PRC..
