Very timeless question. To answer the on topic question first is I generally get quoted $100-$200 depending on the ML standard, and most of the time it's not a first session unlock for FJ. And I generally visit ML for M, FL for F. FJ at HCs call it a good bonus.

Can see from replies here there's no definite answer or the ranges are just way too big, that is for a few reasons, or rather questions:

Why work as ML and not FL? If they want to fuck they will be work in FL dome.
