Yeah! I dont eat alone too but sometimes life leaves us with not too many options. If you take oats, get instant ones from the supermarket. So can add hot water, throw in some dried fruits, cranberries, apricots or even nuts. Add honey if you like it sweet like me. Then tadah! A very healthy and simple meal. Dont need to go out and brave the crowd and humidity

Haha ikr! Nothing beats a hot bowl of noodles on a cold night like today.

Im also very unhealthy but thankfully im not a fan of instant noodles, my husband hates instant noodles 🤣
